PostHog usage statistics and Sentry error reports do not include your email, nickname, space names, relationship type, invite codes / links, the titles or memos of events, anniversaries, or to-dos, or payment transaction IDs / tokens. We do not collect advertising identifiers, location, contacts, or photos, we do not track your activity across other companies’ apps or websites, and we do not use screen recording or session replay.

2. Purposes of use

  • Member identification and login
  • Sharing events, anniversaries, and to-dos among invited space members
  • Sending event / anniversary reminders and member-activity push notifications
  • Where you have separately allowed it, sending re-engagement notifications tailored to your language, time zone, and current space status
  • Verifying space lifetime and extra-seat entitlements and adjusting access on refund or cancellation
  • Improving features through anonymous usage-flow analysis, only where you have explicitly allowed it
  • Responding to errors and crashes and preventing duplicate charges and fraudulent use

3. Retention and deletion

  • When you delete your account, we promptly delete your account, profile, memberships, device tokens, product-improvement analytics choice, and the events, anniversaries, and to-dos you created.
  • Spaces you used alone are deleted in full. Shared spaces where other members remain are transferred to those members, but content you created is deleted.
  • A shared space’s purchase entitlement may remain on the space to protect other members, with its link to the deleted account removed.
  • PostHog is used in an anonymous analytics mode that does not create account IDs or personal profiles. On logout or account deletion, the device’s anonymous analytics identifier is reset, and already-aggregated anonymous statistics are not re-identified or linked to any specific account.
  • Sentry error reports are retained for as long as operationally necessary, then deleted. New errors after account deletion do not include the deleted account’s internal user ID, and you can request deletion of existing error reports through the contact channel.
  • Payment records required by applicable law, such as the Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, are stored separately for the statutory period, then destroyed.

Payment refunds and data retention

  • If a space lifetime pass is refunded or canceled, paid features stop and the free limits apply again.
  • Extra-seat transaction records and space data are not destroyed immediately. Members over capacity may have their access suspended rather than their data deleted.
  • Once capacity is restored with a valid lifetime or extra-seat entitlement, suspended members are automatically reinstated in join order. Account deletion requests are handled separately from this policy.
